According to unconfirmed reports rapper Lil’ Wayne’s latest cd The Carter 3 (digital album…whatever form thrills you) is looking like it will outsell Usher’s latest and put the “Lil" guy in competition with hip-hop heavyweights Jay-Z, Kanye West and 50 Cent.
